Self-taught full-stack developer based in Berlin. I build production systems end to end: design, implement, deploy, maintain.

I built Rinosbike's multi-country commerce platform — 17 shops across 16 countries on one codebase — and run it day to day. Because the team is small, I also cover DevOps, marketplace operations, customer communication, product imagery, and represent the company at international trade fairs.

## engineering
  • Built a multi-tenant e-commerce platform from scratch: 17 storefronts across 16 countries, one codebase, real orders, real revenue.
  • Adding a storefront is a single click — auto-provisions database, languages, pricing, shipping, DNS, and edge worker.
  • Built a multi-model AI layer with an operator control panel: an agentic assistant (Claude + GPT-4o, switchable per request) that creates pages, writes posts, edits SEO metadata, and translates across 17 languages via tool-use. Per-tenant quotas, real-time cost tracking, and full usage audit logs.
  • Full order lifecycle: Stripe checkout, webhooks, fulfillment status, carrier tracking, and refunds.
  • Built the Amazon SP-API integration end to end — access, documentation, and application — plus connectors for other marketplaces.
  • Privacy-first analytics replacing third-party tools: cookie-free tracking, real-time visitors, conversion funnels, and UTM attribution. No GA, no consent banners.
  • Replaced 3 SaaS tools with in-house systems, including a full IMAP/SMTP email client and automated email flows (7 types).

  • Edge-first CI/CD: every frontend deployed to Cloudflare Workers via OpenNext. A git push rebuilds and deploys all markets automatically.
  • Self-managed infrastructure, deployments, and production maintenance.

  • Visual page builder, blog, and A+ content editor (12 module types, version history).
  • SEO engine with auto-generated metadata and per-page overrides.
  • Product photography, image editing, and design assets for the storefronts.

  • Daily collaboration with the CEO on priorities and roadmap.
  • Marketplace maintenance and customer communication across channels.
  • Crisis management and support during legal proceedings.

  • Led the redesign of the company's Shopify shop and corporate website; created and edited all visual assets to match brand identity.
  • Launched the brand on Amazon Seller Central across 9 countries, from zero presence to a significant revenue channel — listings, descriptions, and A+ content.
  • Managed listings on Worten (via Mirakl), Cdiscount, and eBay; centralized catalog data with BaseLinker.
